I started my career working with people who struggle with their Mental Health 15 years ago, a journey which has taken me through a wide array of environments and experiences. A process which has naturally had its challenges but has also been one of the most worthwhile.

The Process

15 Minute Free Consultation
This is an opportunity to have a quick informal chat about why you’ve reached out in the first place, along with any questions which you may have. It's a chance to see if working together would be right for both of us before starting this process.

60 minute Initial Consultation/Mental Health Assessment
Our initial meeting gives us the opportunity to have a more in-depth chat lasting for most of the first session, or for the entirety if needs be. Sometimes people are keen to naturally go straight into Hypnosis. But this is a fundamental step as it helps give me an understanding of your lived experience and how this may be impacting you currently. It’s also a chance for us to develop a therapeutic alliance based around trust and care.
This session also consists of the formulation of a person centred treatment plan suited to your particular needs and wants.

Regular Hypnotherapy Session 60 minutes
This is a regular session of 60 minutes, the focus of which will be centred around our initial consultation. Hypnotherapy can provide changes within a shorter period of time in comparison to other forms of therapy as it works directly with the unconscious mind. Although ever person is unique so we can work together to establish a pace that works for you.
I would personally recommend 3 sessions as these provide a well rounded approach to treatment.
Stop Smoking/Vaping Session 90 minutesThis is a one off consultation consisting of our initial chat and the process of Hypnotherapy itself.
Optional 2 further 60minute sessions to cement behavioural changes acheived in initial session.
This also gives space to navigate the underlying feelings which commonly arise when we stop self soothing addictive behaviours.

This is the fun part, hopefully by this point you're ready to move on from the process of Hypnotherapy.. I understand that sometimes things can take longer than expected or that stresses in life can alter our ability to cope, although I aim to complete our treatment plan in roughly 3 to 6 sessions
